Preston Dunaway

Preston Dunaway represents clients in a wide range of serious personal injury matters involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and negligent security cases.  Early in his career, he practiced at a large national law firm defending insurance companies as well as trucking corporations and apartment complexes.  Experience on the defense side of the docket provides Preston with valuable perspective and knowledge which he utilizes to maximize economic recoveries for individuals and families impacted by tragic events.

Preston graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi before earning his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law.  During his time at GSU, he served on the Law Review Executive Board and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in the Legal Research and Writing Program.

An active member of the State Bar of Georgia and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Preston also enjoys volunteering at worthwhile causes that support our military as well as younger individuals from low-income urban areas.

When not practicing law, Preston enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, golf, and sports statistics.
