Andrew Brandt is an accomplished trial attorney with a proven record of successful results in cases involving negligent security, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, and other complex personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Rice McGowan & Brandt, he represented insurance companies in injury and death cases, experience he draws on today to effectively maximize the economic recoveries for individuals and families impacted by tragic events.
Andrew’s work on behalf of clients has not gone unnoticed. Thomson Reuters has recognized him as one of the state’s Rising Stars for four consecutive years. Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from Georgia State University School of Law and bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at GSU Law, teaching Advocacy and Litigation, and served as one of the school’s mock trial coaches from 2016-22.

Andrew is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He also serves on the Executive Board of the East Lake Family YMCA. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with wife and two children.
